KFS Metal's Weld Seam Annealing Systems are designed for in-line post-weld annealing and normalizing of ERW welded tubes and pipes, providing fully automatic operation for diameters ranging from 2" to 12" and wall thicknesses from 3.0 to 12.0 mm. Advanced induction heating and automation technology enables precise, controlled, and uniform heating of the weld seam and heat-affected zone. This process refines the weld-zone microstructure, reduces excessive hardness and residual stresses, ensures consistent product quality with the required mechanical properties and high toughness.
The multi-inductor configuration, designed to accommodate a wide variety of wall thicknesses and production speeds, together with real-time temperature monitoring, and ensures precise and consistent process control. Our systems are supplied on a turnkey basis, including installation and commissioning.
KFS Metal produces turnkey production lines such as hot-dip galvanizing plants, painting lines, roll grooving lines and induction annealing furnaces, with high technology and quality standards.
