Our high-tech Induction Heated Annealing Furnaces restore the ductility and toughness of cold-worked metals, enabling further processing without cracking or fracture, and are capable of performing a wide range of heat treatment processes, including process annealing, stress relieving and normalization. The furnaces utilize advanced induction heating technology to transfer energy directly to the workpiece with high efficiency. Fully automated furnaces are capable of annealing both circular pipes and profile sections with reduced labor requirements and optimized production costs. Compared with gas-fired tunnel-type furnaces, induction heated annealing furnaces provide shorter start-up, shutdown and changeover times, enabling small-batch production.
