Rebar Galvanizing Plants
Today, hot-dip galvanized reinforcing steel is reognized as a cost-effective solution for eliminating the effects of carbonation and significantly delaying the onset of cloride-initiated corrosion compared to uncoated reinforcing steel in coastal and industrial environments. Batch Hot-Dip Galvanizing and Continuous Galvanizing are common methods used for zinc coating of rebars. However, the low efficiency in batch galvanizing causes an increase in product cost. On the other hand, corrosion protection is insufficient in the continuous galvanizing.
In order to overcome all these problems mentioned above, KFS Metal has successfully developed and implemented the new generation "Hot-Dip Rebar Galvanizing Plant - CHDG", which is suitable for mass production and enables to produce galvanized rebars with high corrosion resistance.
