Rebar Galvanizing Plants

Today, the use of galvanized rebars is emerging as an effective solution for delaying rebar corrosion and extending the service life of concrete structures in coastal and industrial environments. "Continuous Galvanizing" and "Hot Dip Batch Galvanizing" are different methods commonly used for coating rebars with zinc. Unfortunately, the low efficiency in hot dip batch galvanizing causes a significant increase in product costs, while the corrosion resistance of the coating is insufficient in continuous galvanizing. To overcome these problems, KFS Metal has developed a "Continuous Hot Dip Rebar Galvanizing Plant". This new system will make it possible to produce galvanized reinforcing bars that are both economic and highly corrosion-resistant.
