Rebar Galvanizing Plants
Today, the use of galvanized reinforcing bars is increasingly recognized as an effective solution for reducing rebar corrosion and extending the service life of concrete structures in coastal and industrial environments. "Continuous Galvanizing" and "Hot-Dip Batch Galvanizing" are the two most commonly used methods for zinc coating of reinforcing bars. However, conventional hot-dip batch galvanizing systems generally involve lower production efficiency and higher operational costs, while continuous galvanizing systems may provide limited coating thickness and corrosion protection performance in certain applications. To address all these challenges, KFS Metal has developed an advanced "Hot-Dip Reinforcing Bar Galvanizing" plant designed to combine high production efficiency with superior corrosion resistance.
