The fully automated process includes chemical surface preparation, automatic pipe extraction, and rapid size changeover, minimizing downtime and operator intervention. KFS Metal's advanced "Induction Preheating and Drying System" provides homogeneous heating without the use of fossil fuels, while the proprietary "Zinc Usage Control System" continuously monitors and precisely controls zinc usage to ensure uniform coating thickness and reduced zinc consumption. Our high-tech plants are designed to produce hot-dip galvanized steel pipes in full compliance with the requirements of EN 10240 and EN ISO 1461 standards.
