In this process, welding variables, which is namely welding current, arc voltage, weld speed, number of the welding electrodes, chemical composition of base metal, the type and configuration of electrodes, total energy input applied to the material, chemical composition of welding flux, weld seam geometry are very effective on the welding quality and production speed.
